Modern biosphere technology, which fosters indoor vegetation, will facilitate the creation of a number of venues otherwise unaffordable.  These will include year ‘round Indoor Water Theme Park, Botanical Gardens, Amphitheatre and 2 Multiplex Arenas to support the new slate of music festivals, sport events, and conventions.

  

 

Sahara Sam’s Oasis - Indoor Water Theme Park Year “round fun and excitement will be provided inside this self-contained water wonderland, which will feature tube slides, wave pool, flow rider, tree fort, adventure river and many more themed activities.  Day adventures, parties or corporate meetings can all be hosted and celebrated here; all under one roof.

● Indoor 9-Hole Golf Academy:  “Take a lesson, practice and play on 9 of the best-known golf holes in America, at any time of the year”.  Modeled after the Wooden Sticks golf course in Uxbridge, Ontario, (www.woodensticks.com ) this indoor course will have broad appeal for a large number of visitors: for example, individuals preparing for the upcoming season, those attending corporate meetings, conferences and seasonal events.

  

 

 

● Indoor Amphitheatre: Equipped for broadcasting, this flexible venue, adjacent to the conference centre, will be able to host major events such as the annual Christmas Special, awards shows, concerts, stage plays, New Year’s Eve Party, and much more.

  

 

 

● Multiplex Arenas:  A minimum of 2 arenas will be able to host all manner of tournaments and events, i.e. hockey, racquet sports, curling, etc.  As with the Amphitheatre, the Arenas will be available to support major conferences, trade shows and conventions.

 

 

 

● Indoor Botanical Gardens:  Because the biosphere dome fabric permits vegetation growth, manicured flower and vegetable gardens will be found throughout the property, making Malpeque a veritable self-sustaining Garden of Eden.  A specific Themed Botanical Garden will host visitors on an on-going basis.  Carefully planned for photo-ops, this venue will prove to be very attractive for weddings, honeymooners and romantic folks.
